Thank you for the modifications that you do for us. I’m especially grateful for the ones where you do a low impact mod on the HIIT/Cardio as I can’t really do lot of jumping about these days😊👍

Thank You for these mods Heather. I have over time created anterior pelvic tilt and now have super weak abs and hip flexor as well as a mega sore back.
Any recommendations to help fix anterior pelvic tilt?
