First bike; same advice I’d offer to any beginner; training, training, training!
One on one track-day coaching, with a strong emphasis on street survival. Build your street-smarts first. Build your bike handling skills with plenty of seat time on small displacement dirt bikes. Then commit yourself to cementing those survival skills for the next 18-24 months.
Seriously, find a mentor/coach with proven abilities and listen up. The first 2 years on the street will make or break the rest of your riding career.
Building safe practices is actually Fun, so enjoy it!

Tons of torque, tons of power👍 and the best clutch, 1st bike. His other bike must be a hellcat🤣

Wishing magic mike and his family blessings. But it’s nice to see Chris back on the Dyno working his skills.

Respect the bike and you'll be just fine.. My first bike was a 2019 Gen2 Hayabusa, ECU Flashed by Chris Moore

Someday I’ll get mine tuned. 10 yrs old and still totally stock. Still makes me smile ever time I throw a leg over.

I own that exact bike, 2011 ZX14. When they Dyno'd my bike here (Ottawa, Canada) it made about 168hp and 108ft/lbs.

First bike cost? 2011 8k mileage sounds like a sweet deal.

My first bike was an 04 yamaha vmax. My advice is just based on personal experience. Respect the power these bikes put down and ride like every vehicle around you is going to try and kill you. Vehicle in front of you? Anticipate they're going to slam on their brakes. Next to you? That they're going to change lanes into you. Waiting to pull out? That they're going to pull out in front of you. Always have a plan of what you're going to do defensively in regard to the vehicles around you and as long as you aren't being reckless, you'll be fine. Riding is dangerous enough because of other vehicles and road conditions, no need to contribute to it.

Aesthetically two pipes looks better than one

Looks awesome! Certainly not a good 1st choice if no road experience before; ease into it and that power for sure and keep it on two wheels

As someone who's owned a few of them be easy on that front brake it stops way faster than most people think.

Like they say Trolls live in the comments, enjoy your Bike and Ride safe! Great job tuning Chris.
Let the haters hate, it’s what they do.

I think it was super rich to account for the extra air at the speeds it will be ridden at in the higher gear. Kawasaki claims an extra 10 hp methinks... I hope it isn't to lean in a real world scenario at this speeds now. I enjoy watching your channel! I can't say anything, as my first bike at age 19 was also a ZX-14. Great machines.

Wishing Magic Mike dad gets well soon.
That is a lot of sweet carbon fiber on that bike.

I had an 06 that put 184 down with a Muzzy 4 into 1 with a PC3 and pump gas. 174 surprised me with all that work.

My 1st bike for 25 years was a Honda blackbird, after 5 months and 300 miles I went down to a xsr 700, i did 3000 miles in 12 months! like the old school tune.

Just FYI on why the fueling goes so rich at the top of the RPM band. Kawasaki tuned it this way to keep the factory catalytic converters from getting too hot and destroying themselves. In case anyone was curious. This info specific to the 2008-2011 bikes.
