To be honest doctor, not personal but I unsubscribe so many beauty YouTubers lately most of the things they recommend I use to buy and it’s just a waste of money ! I only watch you. Thank you :)

Thank you for the information. I have been using tretinoin for a long time now. I still peel at least once per week. Will it ever end? Would retinol be better?

Dr. Rajani, What is a good at home chemical peel for dark skin?

I wonder what is best: retinol, AHA cream, or the retinol pads. I have the first two and I rotate them because I’m super conservative with my skin. Since I’m 47, I have mature skin that was always oily, but never acne-scarred.

Thanks for all the info, I do have a question though, kind of embarrassing but here it is, I have always had large breasts and I will get blackheads on the underside of my breast, how would you suggest I treat, that skin is delicate and just wonder how the pads would do and how often or is there another method that would be better? Thanks

I find that azelaic acid and niacinamide help me the most. Salicylic acid can dry me out.
