All of us here at TechnoBuffalo have been pretty open over the years about the behind the scenes workings of the site, but there are still parts of the story you don't know.

Jon, I still remember when TechnoBuffalo first was announced and was launched. I was lucky enough to be one of the early beta testers before it went live. Thinking back to the site then and seeing what it has become now is absolutely inspiring. To this day, I still hold you on my shortlist as one of the people who have influenced me to create online tech content. I am proud to have seen the story of TechnoBuffalo so far and hope to see it continue for years to come!

I remember 5 years ago, I wqas 8 and I used to watch these vids all the time. The reason why i got into gaming, why im aspiring towards CS, why i actually tried in school when things got tough and why i have what i have today was because of technobuffalo. I have loved listening to this first part of your story. I see so much of myself in your words—whether it is a bored marketing student/marketer who's recognized for strengths and talents but not flourishing in an environment suitable to follow your dreams or just wanting to learn. I too am a person who always walks through an electronics department or reads the latest tech journal to try and be as familiar with a company product mix as possible. As an original subscriber although not technically subscribed until 2010 I have followed every video and blog, I have been impressed with not only the quality of the work and effort, but also the honesty—a rare thing that we see in todays fanboy fearing web society. Thanks for following your dream and inspiring me and others like me to be active in our futures. Job well done!

Jon was one of the first here on YouTube to review tech and turned the channel into something that wouldn't be out of place being aired on network television. YouTube is a free-market, and the viewers like me have decided that we love watching this channel.
