Their slimy tentacles infiltrate every facet of healthcare, from managing patient benefits, administering prescription benefits, processing insurance claims, to reimbursing providers. Unsavory business practices are paramount in the playbook of these scummy corporations - racketeering, antitrust, you name it!⁣

How the Department of Justice hasn’t investigated and busted these white collar gangsters is beyond me. Perhaps it’s because our elected officials and medical organizations like the American Medical Association are in bed with them? 🤔⁣

Just got the boot with the thousands of others from Optum/UHG, been there 4 yrs of hell as an RN. Happy to be gone, hated the daily abuse and severe micro managing. The whole company is severly unethical along with most of the managers and supervisors. Just a disgusting place!

I have never understood the whole UHC/Optumcare relationship. I just got a letter from UHC saying my eye doctors, who I have had since 2012, is no longer in network. Open enrollment is happening soon and I'm ending my UHC/Optumcare nightmare for good. I agree. UHC/OPTUM are pure evil. Thanks for the video.

That is truly egregious that United healthcare made $6 billion during 3 months in the middle of last year, whilst regular people couldn't utilise elective surgery because of the pandemic. Something certainly is wrong with the system!

Optum employee here. Company doesn’t care about its providers or patients at all. Cares about dollars only. Truly sketchy company. Finally leaving after few years of employment. Will miss my patients but can’t be a part of this company any more. Thanks for bringing awareness.

I dropped out of UHC and Optum about 5 years ago and never looked back. Seeing UHC/Optum patients cost me money, no thanks.

United said my granddaughter doesn’t need scoliosis corrective surgery. She is 16 and her surgeon said the curvature is getting worse which will impact her breathing. This company is evil !!!

I signed up for HMO with United Healthcare April 2022.
CALLED NEXT DAY to cancel preferring to get PPO in October.
IT TOOK WEEKS to get confirmation of policy cancelation. Still contacted by affiliates in October 2022. Had to call cancelation department directly and wait on hold for them to call a provider to notify them of cancelation.
I WOULD NOT CHOOSE UNITED HEALTHCARE.
I AM NOT SURPRISED OF PROFITEERING.

What do I need to do!!! I have UMR and it is ridiculous like u said! I feel like cancelling it now and save those hundreds a month and when we do go to the doctors just pay out of pocket cause I have insurance and I’m paying out of pocket anyway! Family of 4 which we are fortunate we do not have any health issues but our deductible is $6000 a person
