I love Irelia and Akali Rework, now you can play Yasuo without getting hated.

Rito: as we receive lots of complaints that irelia and akali are overpowered so that they always get banned, we would add the new passive to them to increase their popularity.
Akali passive( assassins mark)added: This champion can be no longer banned.
Irelia passive (Ionian Fervor) added: this champion can be picked even she gets banned.
