Justin Trudeau weeps during farewell speech

A weeping Justin Trudeau was seen dabbing his eyes as he gave his farewell speech after standing down as Canadian prime minister.

Trudeau will be replaced by former Bank of England boss Mark Carney, who won his party's leadership race with 86% of the vote.

In his first speech Carney blasted US President Donald Trump, and warned that Canada would 'never, ever be part of America'.
