That lady is a tribute to the original music video. It begins with a guy offering them ear plugs so they don’t fall victim to the party rock zombie apocalypse that takes over everybody in the video. She represents the intro to the song.

You guys are amazingly awesome!!  I can feel the heart and soul that was put into this. Plus Party Rock Anthem isn't exactly a song you would expect a marching band to perform which makes it so much more fun.  Well done! I used to be in the band in high school that was four years ago this brought back so many memories thank you for this video it brought happy memories to a former percussion player who misses playing very much!
