In this video, I install System 7.5.5 (macOS) from scratch on the original Macintosh Classic (1991).

I booted it from the Macintosh Classic ROM (command-option-x-o), so I can easily format the hard disk drive.

I do not want to be a nitpick but want to say while that is system 7, it is not system 7.5.5 actually but moreso system 7.0. or 7.1. Just saying to help anyone who does not get off put in case they notice it. The video work and high quality recording is a lovely treat for everyone.

Missing my then mac classic which i find it amazing that it supports mac os 7.5.5 oob. Playing it with spectre game then and snood
