I've finally been able to mount GLaDOS on a wall for proper testing. I had to redesign her neck for a third time and tidy up some joint mechanisms for the servo-linear actuators. Right now she's running a set script from a Pololu Maestro. Still lots of work to do to animate her!

One thing this video made me notice is how silent she is in the game, you can basically only hear her voice but when you compare it in real life it is possible to hear even the slightest move of her head.

Im really interested in seeing how she looks with the face plates on, are you adding anything else to cover the back or are you keeping it like that? It may be because she's missing her face plates but the back mechanisms really stand out to me
