Donald Trump pleads not guilty in arraignment over classified files - BBC News

Former US President Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to historic charges of mishandling sensitive files at a federal court in Miami, Florida.

Mr Trump been charged with 37 counts of unauthorised possession of classified material, obstruction of justice, concealing documents and making false statements to law enforcement.

More than 325 classified files - including some marked with Secret and Top Secret designations - were discovered over the course of last year at Mr Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate.

Mr Trump is the first US president - current or former - to be hit with a federal criminal indictment.

So much for liberty and justice for all in the United States. While a person can be held in County Jail for at least several days to await a bail hearing for a simple misdemeanor charge, but if your name is Donald Trump, you could be indicted for several dozen felonies in two different states, and walk out a free man, not being placed in the custody of a County Jail not having to pay a penny to bail yourself out. I had a feeling this was going to happen and I even called this on other videos where people acted like they had their hopes up that he was going to jail. And I'm going to call it again, even if this man was convicted on all charges, he is not going to see a single day behind bars. He will possibly be the first man that will disprove the concept that in the United States no man is above the law. A conviction for multiple felonies means absolutely nothing if you are not sent to prison.
