Spiral Abyss 12-3, 11-2, 11-3 3 Star Guide | Strats/Tips/Cleanse Math | Genshin Impact Math

So I(Jinx) have been nolifing the New Spiral Abyss to test lots of Strategies and Team Comps. In this Genshin Impact Guide we'll be going over Strats for Spiral Abyss Floor 11 and 12 with a focus on Floors 11-2, 11-3, and 12-3.

Floor 11 Chamber 2 seems to be the main wall for most players in the new Spiral Abyss. While we cover some general strategies and advice on how to build teams for clearing it, what to do to prevent the Cicin Mage from melting the defense point, and other useful tidbits, we recommend checking out Enviosity's video on how he cleared 11-2 with only FTP units:

I didn't have a bone to pick with Venti users until I did some high level domains with and without him. The difference was significant in terms of our clear times. The way Venti's Q behaves is drastically better than I initially thought, and I regret not doing more research although I abstained from research mostly to help avoid spending. I wasn't willibg to reroll since at the time I haf cleared almost all the anemoculi and geoculi and the idea of collecting them again didn't fill me with much excitement.

I know you plan on releasing ventiless strats, buy an easy way to avoid flak is by making it known you plan to release them from the moment the video starts and that this is just what worked for you.

11-3 is such a dumb floor. The fatuis arent too bad but 2 cicin mages that are almost CC immune due to level difference (Even lv80 venti doesn't lift them fully) and instantly summon 8 cicins for your crappy autotargeting to hit is honestly hell. Not to mention they teleport every second so grouping them is incredibly hard.

Albedo's elevator allows your ranged attacks to bypass shields

here's the trick with ningguang that most people forgot. When you cast jade shield, when another one already exists, it'll reset the cooldown instantly. It is because the previous one counts as shattered when you create a new one. That's why her c2 means *double* your dmg from her skill. That is quite nutty. What it means is that she have an almost venti level dps elemental skill, which when combined with her passive that increase your geo dmg when passing screen means venti level of elemental skill dps.

As long as you don't forget to reuse her skill immediately, then she's as good as having just a 6s cooldown skill.

Finally got my Fischl C6, this is blowing me away. No Beidou yet, let alone constellations, but it's already so good. I just put her with my Witch's Bennett, Q Mona and C4 EM VV Sucrose which I simply wanted to use for fun, and it turns out I now seem to have three viable ''carries'' without compromising THAT much, they're still all good supports with these artifacts too.

Not much burst dps to squeeze out during Mona's Omen but it just doesn't really seem to matter much at this point, Suc carry is so nice for clearing out Hilichurl camps etc., while doing a big Mona wombo followed by sustained Fischl C6 attacks during Bennett/Mona/Suc buffs melts any boss SUPER fast. I could run Bennett with 4x Noblesse, but even when I don't use him as a carry I really enjoy swapping to him multiple times throughout some of my various, VARIOUS rotations.

Such a fun comp, everyone except Fischl contributes significantly even when their element doesn't work, and can stand in as carry when appropriate. I love these flexible comps with tons of fun variety in how you play them, even if it costs some efficiency, which is usually just excessive to me in general gameplay anyway.

I just noticed something I hadn't considered, character swap canceling between Sucrose and Mona's normal attacks seems pretty fast and easy to do, might be another cool option.

True, freeze comps are just crazy in this new abyss, easily 3 star'd all chambers, I'm so glad I've invested on them in 1.1

I ran mostly childe - diona - bennett - beidou for team 1 and kaeya - chongyun - xinqiu - venti for team 2

Unsurprisingly, team 1 did worse than team 2 lol, the freeze uptime is inconsistent because I don't have good energy generator in the team, planning to get ganyu today to improve my freeze comp!

About fall damage abuse by bashing enemies onto walls, I know it also works with Klee's charged attack, Razor's AA last hit and Kaeya's charged attack. I wasn't specifically abusing that mechanic, it just so happens that it's useful to pin enemies against walls so that you don't have to move around too much (specially true for Klee), but you may say that fall damage always helped me a bit since I severely lack in the dps department (didn't really farm many artifacts).

mathalos, IDK if you'll ever see this comment, probably very busy with new videos and theory crafting work, but thank you for the shield strat here, hugging them to the wall. I used Geo Traveler to burst down the shields, since I don't have Zhongli. First time I got 6/9 star clear in Floor 12. more power kings.
