They are unisex and I want to get a pair for my gf who is size 6.5/7. Should I just get 7? I cant find half sizes

Im looking to buy the Samba XLG. I haven't bought Adidas in a lot of time so I tried to get the same size as my dunks... for me EU 48, 5 Dunks (which is already on the large side) the comparable Adidas size for the same length of feet (in cm) is like 49 1/3 but I m afraid its way too big. PS, I m 6' 4"
