thanks man, didn't see that bridged on mine (Update debridged it and it's still showing an output, not sure what im missing) [Final update: if your using a powerbank and it doesn't stay on, add a small ohm resistor to keep it on]

I Have Same Voltage Meter But It Not Showing 0V to 3V Measurement? IT Takes Minimum 3V And Above After This Meter Getting On ?? How Can I Get 0V to 3V Reading? Can Add Extra Power To This Circuit?
