We assume no liability for how the information on this channel is used or interpreted and hence take no responsibility for any decisions that is made with regards to your application based on the information shared on this channel.

We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.

Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this YouTube channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The YouTube channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)

Save your money, and if you find these e-books useful, do not forget to buy us a coffee when you reach Canada :-)

Do not forget to subscribe to our channel :-)

100% AGREE with 'Not to be Okay with your salary'
Had similar experience as you.
I started my first job out of college in Kitchener and the was hired at what can be said as market average.
Just after probation we went through compensation again- Got 25% hike.

People forget that they can just ask for it.

Amazing video - covered most of the points such as TFSA, phone contract, my personal fav - “Don’t be ok with your income” .. sometimes we end up valuing oneself pretty less than what we deserve. Time to upgrade skills & get more cash inflow. Thanks Navjot 🙏🏻

Could you please make a video/share suggestions on the best areas in Downtown Toronto for new immigrants (from the perspective that one can pay up to C$900-$1, 000 and still have a private room and good infrastructure access, from the perspective of single PR immigrants. Thank you.

Very insightful. Thank you for the video Navjot.
Could you also advise / make a video on how much to bring along (as a family of 4) while moving into Canada for the first time, and how / in what formats. I remember you briefly talking about it in one of your earlier videos, but would help to have more deets. Fyi...excited to share that we are moving in Sept'22 to Winnipeg (MPNP).
Wish simran a speedy recovery.
Best.

I like your videos paji, just subscribed to your channel yesterday.
1. Don't be a co signer for anyone's loan. this will affect your eligibility in your future loans.
2.If you are a student don't use your tuition credits for filing taxes when you are earning less than $50k/year save it for later use when you enter 20.5% tax bracket when you start earning more than $50k/year. Along with RRSP contributions.
3.Always have an Indian mentality when making big purchases like negotiating auto loan interest rate it will save you thousands of dollars on long run, negotiate on credit card interest rate (after building good history with no payments missed), negotiate on your salary as paji said in the last point, I did that and out of no where the HR at my new job accepting my counter offer and gave $3k/year extra on what they were offering(that's my car insurance for an year lol)

Thanks as always your videos are very informative. I have a feedback about the money spent on learning driving by which I mean canadian driving to pass the road test. I would suggest for new immigrants to get their license when their Indian license is till valid (3 months after landing) so that you atleast can practice well using rental cars by maybe taking 1 or 2 class from a driving instructor to understand the road rules. This is applicable if you dont have any friends or relatives to assist you. Else its not easy to clear the road test here without sufficient practice and you will end up paying for additional road test (when you fail multiple times) and pay for driving classes which is quite expensive.

hello paji, you have mentioned a lot of times in your videos that you help in answering questions regarding mortgage and finances, how much you charge for the call, or just wondering I live in Kitchener only do you entertain meetings? if yes how much would that be. Thank you.
