This was third or fourth attempt, I knew basically nothing about this boss (and the roll spam shows it). except he is hard. At least he's meant to be.
All I figured out was that he spams ranged attacks, and that sometimes he just... doesn't...
...and instead slowly walks at you.
If you use the pillars for cover, and his whacky AI makes crazy decisions, it makes this a really easy fight to cheese with any sort of ranged ability.
