i got a couple of questions, 1, is it a 2 stroke or 4 stroke, and 2, is it loud? is it quiet enough to drive in a neighborhood? i plan on getting one and this one seems really nice.

I flipped mine and it smoked but then I tried starting it by pulling the string and it was stuck idk whats wrong with it
