Look nice but chicken piri piri is done on a charcoal BBQ. Its a recipe that we Portuguese imported from Africa ;)

That food processor looks like a clothes washing machine... I love the multiuse function.... Make marinade and was the kitchen towels later.

Pro tip - Use a proper size processor. That processor could have made enough marinade for my whole city :)

It's not Portuguese, it's South African and it got there from Portuguese-speaking colonials from Mozambique and Angola. Peri-peri is the African birds eye chilli.
