To those commenting about how a vegan could support KFC, I hear your concerns but I hope you hear me out too. There are multiple reasons why I think vegans can be in favour of something like this. # 1 - If there is more demand for vegan items, more will be made. The higher the demand, there will more likely be an increase in supply. Simple economics. Unfortunately, the language we all understand is money and money makes shit go around in this world we live in. Money speaks and people will follow where the money is. If we buy more vegan items, companies will recognize a demand for these items which creates a shift in what is available for consumers, making veganism a much more accessible and easier choice for more people. Which leads me to # 2 - accessibility. You want veganism to be more accessible but you don't want vegan options in fast food chains and restaurants all over the world? You can't have your cake and eat it too. If you want to make veganism more attractive to the general population but the only option is for them to go to a vegan restaurant, realistically, this is not appealing for most people. If people feel they can easily access some vegan options, they are more likely to even consider veganism. # 3 humans are SOCIAL creatures. Fitting in with the crowd and being a part of society is a desire most humans have. Inclusivity is very important. Think about vegan kids, especially. Now they have a chance to go to a fast food joint and eat, just like all the other kids do. They feel a little less like an outsider and they fit in. They can now have similar experiences to other kids. This might sound stupid, but remember when you were a kid? How much did you desperately want to just fit in with everyone else? I definitely did. #4 where do you shop? At vegan only shops and vegan only restaurants? Most vegans shop somewhere that probably sells animal products too. Where do we draw the line? Is it okay as long as it's a small grocery store? I own a small vegan cafe and we get our supplies from non vegan grocery stores. should vegans not support my cafe either because we don't source everything from a vegan?

I understand if someone doesn't want to support this as a personal choice but I believe, due to reasons stated above, that this will help encourage the vegan movement. You don't have to agree with me but where do you draw the line?

The first time you said "That's chicken" I freaked thinking they gave you real meat instead of the imposter stuff

Hahahaha that’s me behind you in the brown jacket inside KFC I couldn’t believe it... I thought hey is that Rose from cheaplazyvegan?
The one day I decided to go all the way to Gloucester Road to get the imposter burger you turn up. I’m a big fan. You are even more pretty in real life btw 🥰

I seriously hope they add this to the menu for good and globally. Less meat, more plants! We like Quorn products and this is a great option for those who do eat meat and want to eat less meat, not just those who are vegan. :) I am so happy to see more big brands and companies doing this!

I am totally impressed. From what i read in the news, KFC UK intends to make the impostor burger available nationwide.

Adorable video! We DO have a vegan-friendly KFC burger in Calgary but you have to ask for it (no mayo) and not all locations carry it.

Rose eating in the park is a great mukbang, maybe a sub-series within this series.

I liked how informal this video was. It was nice and chilled in the park.

This was NOT a shitty video! I so enjoy seeing you and Daniel together; you have a wonderfully frank, laid-back way of communicating that signifies a true long-term friendship. Looking forward to another one of these when Dan comes to Calgary : ) TFP!

OMG I really hope the US tests this soon! I wonder if you could put other toppings on if they have them, like tomatoes or pickles...

Hey Rosie it's me just wanted to say you and Dan's on screen chemistry is amazing, you two are just adorable together! It would be so cool if the two of you came out with your own joint channel and did more videos together especially mukhbangs it's so much fun to watch the two of you talk and eat at the same time.
