String of fires puts Norfolk neighborhood on edge

Fear is spreading across Norfolk's West Ghent neighborhood. People there tell us they believe multiple fires over the past year were intentionally set. Two of the fires happened earlier this month. A property owner tells Allison Bazzle a camera caught someone in the act.
