Northfin fish food

I switched over to northfin recently as well. Don't have local dealers dealing with this so i order them from Amazon.

Just started having a cichlid tank this year. Was thinking of making a food switch to New Life Spectrum because it made my goldfish color pop, but it does make a mess of my tank. Just ordered Northfin and was happy with the price points in comparison to NLS. Thanks for taking the time to put out this information so we all don't have to go through as many foods as you did. ;)

I use Northfin fish food. Jumbo, Veggie & Kelp wafers,  top of the line premium fish food .

I do believe you can get northfin direct from Kordon here in the usa.    I was told northfin repackages food under Kordon label and it is the exact product.

I'm interested in trying NorthFin but I can't seem to find a place to buy it. Where would you recommend getting some. It would be shipped to Texas. Btw, just installed my universal rocks background and it looks amazing.

I truly believe that I got a bad batch. I used half a bag of cichlids pellets and half my stock got sunken belly. So I switched over to a different type. They all began to look a lot betrrr.then I went back to use the second half of the bag and BOOM! Sunken belly again. Your thoughts Jay?

What type of Northfin (krill gold, cichlid etc) would you recommend for a black ghost knife?

What's up Jay? As always thanks for continuing to show me the way to my new addiction (AFRICAN Cichlids). I'm considering buying the Northfin Cichlid Formula and the krill pro. How should I dispense it? Do you switch foods on alternate days? Also approx home much to feed? I have a total of 13 cichlids in my 75 all between 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 inches. I order from amazon the veggie and cichlid bag just try it the first time but not all cichlids appreciate but tonight they run for it I mix 50/50 for mbuna and venustus and thats the best food I try thanks.

My fish devour the krill gold, also, I find doesn't leave a red dust like NLS does. Just my 2 cents.

I know you have been a big fan of this stuff. I have a community tank, so I'll have to see what kinds of products they have. But I'll try it out if they have something that fits the bill.

Jay, do you still have the lights on this tank? I love the amount of light and coverage it gives plus the fish light up. I need to order some for my 240gl. Looking for model numbers or suggestions since they may not make them anymore. Any help would be awesome. Thanks, Joel (Kelso, WA)

Wow, how many cups of coffee did you have before you recorded this? Haven't tried Northfin, but their ingredient list looks excellent.
