I installed Tidio yesterday. After some conflicts, chat was saying I was not available - their customer service chat informed me I had two accounts. Because I installed the plugin first before creating my account. I had to open WP dashboard, Plugins, Deactivate Account, then log in again with proper username. Afterwards testing out the chat, far exceeded my expectations for a 'free' plugin. You can send your website visitors PICTURES too inside the chat! Helpful for me and my cleaning service, to show before and afters to the visitor! thank you for this video!

I have a question for you. i saw the free plan for tidio., but i did read the terms and conditions. and just want to see what are your thoughts about all the data and personal information being theirs? it does sound good being free and all but i feel like i'm selling my soul to a company that has all rights over all information and can stop cancel service at anytime without notice. and leaves me wondering what will they do once they gather all the information they need. please advise
