It's too true!
I'm still dealing with a nasty cough the flu gave me in late January. It settled into my lungs and got cozy, it's like day 12 now I think. This flu is being extra sneaky, because it spreading without symptoms. And covid got us in December, but it lasted 6-7 days.

This year is the highest Flu that has been in over a decade. I'm wearing a mask and making sure I wash my hands and use hand sanitizer, not trying to get that or anything else that's going around out there! Rather stay on the safe side by taking precautions!

Yep. If my husband says someone at work is out because they are sick I send him straight to the shower. Then take extra vitamin C, D and organ oil. And make him do so as well.

No joke. Family of 6 here with kids 1-9yo and I am not exaggerating when I say at least one person in our family was sick 67 of the last 92 days.

It's crazy the flu got so high both in Europe and America! I haven't fully healed my runny nose after flu (despite vaccine) and my kid already brought the HFMD and RSV🙈🙈

Can relate. Oklahoma, where I am at is #1 in flu. Just North of us in Kansas is the worst Tuberculosis outbreak in something like 80 years. And the worst measles outbreak in 30 years is happening in Texas to our South. Just avoid the central plains.
