Man. Those if statement messes me always. if($update = $db->query("UPDATE people SET created = NOW() WHERE id= 1"))

Why there needs to be that if-statement? Would it work normally with just
$db->query("UPDATE people SET created = NOW() WHERE id= 1"))

Hi Alex, thanks for the good work. Please can you write a function similar to deposit and withdraw banking script. Which would enable each user to make deposit and withdraw from its game account. I'll like the deposit/withdraw form dynamically update the existing database values and output the result to the users. Hope you'll look into this request; Moreover i'll appreciate if anyone can point me to any existing tutorial on the net regarding this request. Thanks y'all.
