The benefits of wheatgrass juice are amazing!

I have loved drinking wheatgrass juice over the past month and I plan on continually using it because of its benefits! I hope that you consider adding it to your regime- the instant boost of energy and its cleansing properties have been the main reasons why I will continue to drink it! Hi leah just found your video...Are you still using wheat grass ? I've been a juicing person since 1990. I grow 3 trays in constant rotation for under 1.25 a tray( 1.59 a lb for wheatgrass hard winter berries).The powder is ok but not as nutritious/and sweet as fresh.Try some books by ann wigmore and david sandoval.Thanks for Video
