We'll begin by defining what self-efficacy means before moving on to explain the model. Once we've done that we'll look at examples of ways in which you can use the model in practice.

If you look long enough into the abyss, eventually you’ll find that it’s looking back at you. And then you’ll notice the abyss waving. So you wave to the abyss. But then you realise that the abyss was waving to someone else. So you pretend that you’re waving to another abyss behind it. But you really know that the abyss knows that there was only one abyss.

I do wonder if having ADHD affects the "signals" we receive from our bodies, i know people with adhd tend to feel more like they're a failure.

I want to build up my retirement/pension money, and I am 59 years old. I have a hard time doing it, the system is stacked up against me. The SSI, and being labeled is really sickening. Task seems/is soooo remote.

A diagram which plots x vs x is not ever going to be very interesting. If efficacy is defined as the belief that you are capable of achieving a specific goal, then I don't think we need a plot of x = y to tell us that they are related.
