Basic BGP neighbor configuration

Take two routers, set up ip addresses and then BGP neighbor relationship. Pretty easy.

I'm using route-map to filter a certain condition in an advertisement. If this condition is met, I want to completely disable not just the route, but everything going to this other AS. Is it possible to stop everything going to this neighbor in BGP? thanks!
