after giving the two examples at 2:50, its not clear what is meant by 'concentration of muslim' vote as a criteria of muslim voting success (and also how that critieria compares to a reasonably more logical criteria of 'turning the constituency from a tory or labour seat')?

The independents are elected on a basis and a contract formed with the system. We reject that very contract and basis they're elected upon.
