Texas Entomologist here! I gotta say I had the dumbest smile on my face watching this video recognizing all of our tiny neighbors. I also appreciate the empathy you lead with regarding ALL insects and arachnids, not just the media friendly ones. There is so so many cool bugs just everywhere if you just look. Also, shocking people/city folk with bug facts is also a favorite

My & my family's rule for bugs & spiders is don't touch them when we're outside as we're in _their_ house, but if they cross the threshold into _OUR_ house, all bets are off. & of course, if there's a wasp nest attached someplace on our house, we eliminate it.
