I grew up poor in a abusive home and my whole family thought I was going to be in prison, a menace. I’m 35 have a 6figure income, I’m a home owner I have 3 children that I’m raising in a healthy happy home with my first wife of 11 years. To me this is success.

When I was in the fourth grade in front of my entire class my teacher told me I wasn’t smart enough in math or science to be a pilot when I grew up. I’m now 37 years old and have been an airline pilot since I was 23. I’ve forgotten 90% of what I’ve ever learned but I will never ever forget that day or that teacher.

The world needs more men like Andy who aren't afraid to be outliers and tell it how it is. My favorite quote is, "I'd rather die on my feet than live life on my knees". Die knowing you did your absolute best and achieved at least some of your goals rather than trudging along as another person with a meaningless life.

I will never give up. Survivor of a sudden cardiac arrest in oct 2020, dead 42 mins, coma on life support for 8 days, broken sternum and 12 broken ribs from cpr, 85% muscle wastage from coma. A collapsed stent gave me a major heart attack in March 2022.
Now in financial ruin, trying to repossess my family home.
I'm still fighting . Book being released in 2 weeks of my story and recovery. It's real and totally raw. And I am keeping my home. I will fight in court until I make enough to pay down my mortgage..
My message to everyone is this.. Never stop fighting, never give up, you will find a way.
Trying to rebuild my body, it's very slow and painful but I'm fkn doing it.
I am the example to my children. And I will do that until I die (again lol) . That ain't gonna be for a long time .
Stay strong all .

I’m 5th grade, Mrs. Johnson had all of her students write down on a sheet of paper what we wanted to be when we grow up. All the kids wrote down that they wanted to be secretaries, teachers, fire fighters, etc. She read each one out loud in front of the class. Cheered them on! When she read mine. I wrote down that I wanted to be a model. This was in the early 90s. My teacher also laughed and said sorry girls, girls from North Dakota can’t model. 😡 Guess what? I’ve gone on to model some, appear on tv shows. Beyond that, I’ve achieved body positivity after struggling with anorexia, bulimia and excessive exercise. 75 Hard is a game changer. I am strong. Mentally and physically. Today I was asked if I was training for a body building show! I’m not. I am strong. I’m eating right. Working out. Consistently. Thank you Andy!!!

I was in high school when I decided I wanted to enlist into the military. My mother told me I didn't have what it takes to become a Marine. At 21, I graduated boot camp with a fractured hip and other injuries. I didn't let anything stop me. It's always been me against me. I have a family now, and I can only imagine what my life would be if I just decided to do nothing with my life.

I remember back in high school my friends at the time would laugh at me when I told them I wanted to join the military and be a medic. They used to say things like "You can't get in, you're a skinny brown kid, you won't survive it!" fast forward to when we were all getting jobs, they all settled for other jobs than what they wanted to achieve and I got into the medical corps to train as an airborne support medic. 10 years later I left the service with distinctions and am now pursuing my entrepreneurial goals to become a self improvement coach to help young men realise their potential and achieve their dreams. I still remember that conversation my friends and I had and how it made me feel and I never want anyone to feel that way at all in their lives.

To the young and ambitious boys and girls out there. You just got to keep going and going and going. You’re going to get lost, confused and have doubt, but it’s all gonna pass if you just keep pushing! 🙏

eliminate the negativity in your social media feeds, it adds zero value to your life, and brings your frequency down. Instead of comparing yourselves to your FB homies, listen to this or similar to add value to your mindset. Everybody loves a comeback.
