Update: I figured out how to make it work if you're getting an error with it, like I did.
As of 2023.05.08 it'll work if you:
- Run snickerstream as Administrator (for Windows)
- Make sure you're connected to the same Wifi AND band (preferably 2.4GHz and NOT 5GHz on BOTH your PC AND N3DS because the 3DS doesn't work with 5GHz)

I hope that helps some of you guys who've been having trouble with this (because this definitely made me happy when I figured it out)!
