God I hate sports games, but this episode managed to hold my interest until the very end. That's quite a feat. You managed to convince me why it matters to you so much. Thanks for keeping me entertained.

I've never played an F1 game nor do I have any interest in doing so and yet I watched this entire episode and enjoyed it. Full credit to how well put together Escape From Mount Stupid is.

I used to spend days, hours and weeks creating and updating 'carsets' for Grand Prix 2. Kudos to these guys for giving the GP series, and Geoff Crammond, their due.

I've never been a big fan of racing sims (I'm more into stuff like Burnout, and Mario Kart as far as racing games go) but this is a really good video, and I definitely respect the genre as well as the developers who put so much time and effort into making these games.

Another fantastic video Danny. I've never been a fan of F1 games, with the exception of Virtua Racing on the Mega Drive, but this has made me interested in checking out F1 2012.

Official Formula One Racing was my first F1 game I played 12 years ago, which was the same time I started watching F1 in the end of the 1999 season, and the beginning of the 2000 season. My brother picked Michael Schumacher as the contender while I picked Mika Hakkinen as the contender around that time, and it was freakin amazing.

Fast forward to 2010, I picked up F1 2010 for the PS3, and was amazed at the game again, like I was amazed the decade before. Now, I'm going to pick up F1 2012!

When I see how bad were all these F1 games compared to F1 2012, I really appreciate what those guys did and how much work there is put into their game.

I remember playing the original Grand Prix by Geoff Crammond for hours on end. Such a great game, I loved how it included my home circuit - Adelaide, Australia before it shifted to Melbourne. I wonder what Mr. Crammond is doing now..

F1 2001 on the Ps1 by sony. I used to play it loads when it came out, I can remember tearing through the woods on the old Hockenheim track. My favourite F1 game though is F1 2010, It's so good.

They've missed an important one from Eidos - Official F1 Racing. Best remembered for it's hilarious over-emphasis of elevation in tracks, but amazing fun.

Geoff Crammonds Grand Prix series is the all-time high. Last few years has been an Rfactor dominated era for F1-mods though (see my personal vids for on-line F1 league GPVWC). Once Rfactor 2 comes out of Beta it should take the throne. Anyway this video was a nice trip down memory lane concerning my favourite gaming genre, racing. Nice! :)

My only memory of an F1 game was this old PC game I always played in my 2nd grade classroom. I don't remember the name, but to actually play the game, you had to enter a password which would be a randomly selected word from the game's manual.

You forgot to mention F1 Challenge on the Sega Saturn. And on the subject of the weird Japanese game names, The Japanese version of F1 Challenge was called "F1 Live Information".
