This week, I'm closing out Dwarf Month with a discussion of the Rivethun. These dwarven spiritualists train their minds, bodies, and souls to deal with the mysterious and esoteric spirits who so often threaten dwarven society. While not a large organization, the wisdom which members of the Rivethun can offer is highly regarded.

The Rivethun is one of the many reasons I think Pathfinder has one of the most complex depictions of Dwarves in all fantasy. Definitely want to play one after the character I'm working on now

As a genderfluid person I love the idea behind this animistic organization being more in popular with trans individuals than tye family oriented dwarven religion though the emotional work seems more of a reflection on the organization itself rather than expectating trans people to be your therapist

as a side note did you see Demiurge updated Arshea’s page to have way more infor including two possible origin stories. Apparently Abadar supports his trans kid
