Tornadoes are not increasing in number or intensity. There are simply more people living in more places in more buildings, so there is more for the tornadoes to hit. Increased population density also means more reporting of storms that would have gone unnoticed in previous decades.

They’ve never to tell us that technology and the increase in the number of storm chasers has had an increase in the number of tornadoes reported. In the last 10 years there have been dozens of tornadoes that would’ve never been reported. Technology has increased the numbers in every weather event. Increase in population has skewed all tragedy numbers.😊
