If u cannot take the heat level from any of the menu with 'spicy' word at any ramen chain store, meaning u cannot take any spicy.
That is supposed the lowest benchmark of any ramen spiciness

I usually order lvl 7 and add my own spices because i dont like their spices that much. It has a smell that i dont really like but still taste good

a tip from when I was younger, try the chilli on its own before mixing it, you can take away some of the chilli if its too much

My trick with soupy spicy food is to just take a break for like 10+ minutes and continue later.
