Using Gutenberg Blocks and ACF Pro Options page in a similar way to the re-usable content in Oxygen

Gutenberg blocks with dynamic content are updated from an options page made using ACF Pro. This works in a similar way to re-usable content. Instead of opening Oxygen to update the content, the updates are made on the ACF Options page and the blocks are updated dynamically. Wherever the blocks appear the content is updated.
