I get an incoming call through WhatsAPP but the screen in blank, so I can not accept the incoming call. as i have no way of accepting the call, Help.. update i can wake the phone up by pressing the power button, sliding down notifications and see the notifications and press it there but that is a long winded way of working. any ideas please. Samsung Ultra S25

Try enabling Google playstore, give it all access, meaning Wi-Fi and cellular data, background usage and never sleep option, it worked for me

For those not working try this first Setting > Notification > Advance setting > Manage Notification Categories For Each App....Then follow the step on video

For those not working, try to turnoff silent notification. It worked for me in poco phone.
