2 weeks back we didnt even know who she was. In my opinion if the man is really guilty he should be punished as per applicable sections. Let there be a free and fair investigation. In the meantime she should refrain from public interviews

Lets check the facts..
On 13th May, Swati Maliwal tries to enter forcefully and then later claims she was assaulted.... Goes to police station but denies the Medical request from Police.
4 days later she registerd FIR and goes for medical.
She stated this in FIR and before megistrate too.. .. I was beaten that much ki... Mere kapde fat mera sar table p de mara and ghav ho gya, mje jhapad mare aur laat mri mje niche gire k aur m karah rhi ti aur kisi tarah langdate (limping) hue bahar aa payi...
This is statement given in full senses by her 4 days later...

Now 2 video evidences came of 13th incident day itself.... We can see she is sitting and abusing police personal and no signs of being beaten or fate kapde as she herself described nor any head injury... In video 2 she is moving very quick and comfortable which contradicts her FIR and megistfate statement...
Now 4 days later she goes for medical and medical report states 2 bruises on her cheek of 2 cm...
But Drama of medical report exposed as she clearly mentioned her head was hit on table and she got big bruise but no mention of head injury in report.... So probably she forgot to put head injury like slapping herself deliberatively for getting medicals...

These sort of false allegations by woman are not new... But thats another story...
Here we are not assuming as we have seen clearly what she said and what has happened is quite contradictory and her drama is exposed...
BJP probably has said to do this drama on kejriwal or go to jail due her being accused of cases for fakse hiring.
