It's really hard. I barely recognise some of them since they have some similarities to their flags. It's also very smart of you to erase the countries' names on the some of the emblems

Here's a genuine suggestion:
• Show a map of a specific continent
• Show a country's name
• Guess the country's name to where it belongs
• You know the drill, tell the viewers the answer (after 5 secs) by marking it (by | pointing | colouring | circling | -> your choice)

Edit: You should make the version of all continents.

I only guessed San Marino (because of Eurovision and it's on their flag) Cuba, Suriname (country i'm from), North/ South-Korea was also easy and Malta. Little embarrassed i could not tell it was Australia from the kangaroo on the left.

Most of these are very obvious, but some are tricky.

Debatably some of these emblems don't represent the labelled country, but more accurately the royalty of that country. For example the chrysanthemum emblem shown for Japan is really the personal symbol of the Emperor.
