One of my favorite parts of the game is how the characters peek back out of the pipes when they go into them. So glad you called it out. Loved that little detail the entire time I was playing.

I am on World 6 and am blown away and delighted at the same time at this creativity. If this keeps up I will feel comfortable saying this is the best 2D Mario ever crafted.

Im excited to play this game, but let me just say: by NO means are the NSMB games 'stale' by any stretch of the imagination. They're rock-solid 2D platformers that are some of the best in the business, despite the overly harsh fan criticism.
