Finally, BFG 10000 in all of its in-game glory. This lil' facemelter is actually pretty easy to mix, but I was too busy banging my head straight into oblivion to ever time things right.

The crazy thing about DOOM music that it weaponizes anxiety. Like if you're an anxious person it wipes all that out and goes, "congratulations, you've chosen fight over flight."

it’s been three years and I’ve just realized that the main riff (0:12-0:24) is just the buildup melody from BFG division translated into high bpm guitar. i love it when Mick plays with motifs

This was my favorite level. When this song kicks in, and the BFG 10k is just blasting over and over while you’re leaping and destroying demons, it is one of the coolest gaming experiences I’ve ever had.
