In fjords shrouded by clouds
A shield maiden whose heart
was pure, without a doubt

Out in the cold she was
Her innocence’s far gone
An armor and long locks
Her voice so loud, no fear upon!

Spirit of a warrior, queen of the night
Here I contemplate you and breathe in your sigh
Let your heart guide us all, till the end of time
Here I call upon you…

Join me now, sing my song
On this path of sorrow, we will dance along
Hear my cry, Dry my tears
Take my hand tonight we’ll sweep away all fears

Lost rhymes of lust, once vowed!
She loved, she wielded her sword
With honor, courage, she never bowed
