I get it, Kurosanji is bad and all, and even *I* don’t think that the livers are 100% innocent like most people say (not including Klara, she didn’t seem to do anything), but people are stooping too low at this point. They’re forgetting why we’re here, and how we got here in the first place.

People are free to hate Nijisanji all they want for the companies terrible acts as of recently, but telling someone who's obviously happy to leave their company is selfish, gross behavior. From what I understand, only cult members can break themselves out of a cult, outside influence typically reinforces the cult behavior. (There might be ways for outside influence, but I don't know those techniques, so I'm gonna leave it at that)

If someone wants to remain with a black company, then it is their choice. Sometimes we have to wait for them to SEE themselves get hurt by the black company for them to break out of it. Having the mindset, it didn't happen to me or I'm sure that person that got hurt is just lying, is just gonna remain till it DOES happen to them. It happens all too often nowadays...

Most you can do is inform those that might think about joining Niji, steer them away from the horrible company and be there with a "welcome back" sign when someone leaves Niji.

Just like those before and come after, Niji at the end of the day is a place to get a spotlight on you that you would not have been able to get naturally as an indie. The space is saturated with talents, most of which would be lucky to ever break double digit viewers, even if people have issues with the company, the talents can at least see the positives of being propped up by them. Whether they choose to stay or leave the moment the contract expires and take their audience with them is entirely their choice. There is also the fact that even if they leave and go back to their pl or a new account, only so many people would know about them and it would only be the die hard fans who would follow. The rest (casual viewers) would just be sad that that version of her is done and over and will just migrate to other channels that they already know of, and maybe never even know or care that they went back to their Pl.
