I had this same problem when i got my first 3d printer, and then i just put tape over it and it has been fine ever since

or cut the other end / upgrade to an all metal hotend

This doesn’t work on my machine (ENDER 3) The Bowden tube doesn’t slot past the retainer nut on the motor end. It may work if it were to be drilled out though.

Solution: Don´t buy printer with a PTFE tube. Done.
