Munich Icons 320/6 E21 part 1

I'm happy to present my own 1981 BMW 320/6 E21 used as a test mule and showcase for Munich Icons.

When I first bought this car, it was meant to sell again.
A few modifications and upgrades were made to make it look and drive better.
Very soon I changed my mind about selling it after having driven the car a couple of times.
The decision was than made to do a complete makeover this time and do it decently.
A full respray was in order, as was an engine swap and some other upgrades.
I was lucky to find a complete M20 2.7L in healthy shape, which rapidly found his way into the engine bay.
Gradually during the summer of 2018, different smaller mods were made such as wheels, CAE race shifter, carbon dash en mirror, smoked crosshair headlights,...

Today the car is far from finished and some interesting upgrades are on the agenda starting with a complete interior makeover.

In the meantime you can already enjoy some images from the restoration and a couple of highlights from the 2018 season.
