FOR THOSE CONFUSED: before measuring, the steering wheel is fully turned to one side (right or left). From that position, it measures the amount of rotations needed to fully turn to the opposite side. That's why many people percieve: (270 = 135) (360 = 180) (540 = 270) (720 = 360) (900 = 450). Its because they think it's measured from the center position (aka ra/2)
