Try to put it on a hot layer of top coat next time. You just have to put your top coat on a base color and after evenly curing for 60 seconds you just rub it in. You can cure a little bit longer just to make sure the lights get to every part of your nail. I recommend doing 2 nails at a time, as you have to do this with hot top coat 💓
