We just got a new Worcester boiler installed. But we didn't get an inbuilt programmer like the one in the video. Do boiler manufacturers not automatically fit a programmer to their boilers?
Do we have to purchase a programmer separately?

Don't buy these boilers they have cheap plastic parts where brass should have been used.
