so I cant figure out why its not ok to just take the sand out and put the soda in. they make sand blasters and soda blasters and even after watching this conversion video I cant see why? what am I missing?

This is bullshit.. what is the clear hose going to ? Now i dont cant what sealey sand blaster and a soda blaster is the same thing. i do both in my cabinet.. the only thing i switch over is the actual medium i want tio use. i do not need any different now i could understand if you were using cheap plastic fitting for soda and then wanted to go on blasting sand or grit or glass but this kit is total bullshit and definitely not worth in the video he mentions " this hose goesto exhaust " ? WTF is the exhaust ? Medium in the tank comes down intothe T pieceand flows out the gun.. where is there any need for any exhaust ? does he mean this is for cleaning out the fitting when you shut of the tank ? . The only difference is soda is less harmful to the work-piece than glass, grit or sand.. you use the same tank, same gun and even the same fittings..
