I’ve got the 2012 team with the double adjustable rebound and the large red adjuster can be turned infinit clicks in either direction. What do I do to fix it? I cannot find a manual anywhere online describing this process

Sir, I need you help with my rebound adjustment. When I turn it to the left or the right it won't stop, I can sit there and turn it to the left side for 4 hours and the adjustment won't stop. It clicks but won't stop. Plz help
